This application is the free audio guide of the Nógrád Várának Megmentéséért Alapítvány (Foundation for the Preservation of Nógrád Castle). It lets visitors learn the history of the castle's twelve stations on site, even without a signal.

The app keeps working offline after the first download and collects no personal data.

The audio recordings, photographs and texts in this application are the intellectual property of their creators and are protected by copyright. Any use, copying, downloading, distribution, public display or modification of this material — in whole or in part — without the prior written permission of the rights holders is prohibited.

This application collects anonymous usage statistics (Umami) to understand how the guide is used and to improve it. These statistics contain no personal data: we use no cookies, we do not store visitors' IP addresses, and we do not track users across other sites. The data recorded (for example page views, chosen language, stations opened) is used only in aggregated, anonymous form.

The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The data is processed on our behalf by our provider, Umami Cloud.

You may object to this analytics at any time and may contact the data controller with any questions. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH).
